Derek Shaprio, Artist

Derek Shapiro began his career as a freehand painter in the prestige department of Coalport China in Staffordshire, part of the world famous Wedgwood Group and was made responsible for producing a broad range of subjects and historic editions.

Derek’s work has sold widely in the United Kingdom, Europe and America; his recent commissions in oil and watercolour, include portraiture, still life and landscapes of rural England.
